Job summary
Danaher is seeking a Compensation Analytics & Intelligence Director to lead centralized analytics and AI-driven compensation strategy, partnering with HR and Finance to translate data into actionable decisions. The role drives enterprise-wide data governance, innovative tooling, and scalable solutions to attract and retain talent globally.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years in compensation, finance, people analytics, or related discipline within a global org.
- Experience developing/implementing compensation, analytics, or HR tech solutions; Workday preferred.
- Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and AI-enabled analytics platforms.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the Compensation Analytics & Intelligence strategy across the enterprise.
- Develop enterprise analytics capabilities to improve speed and consistency of decisions.
- Own AI, data and technology strategy for compensation; scale tools and governance.
- Partner with HR, Finance, Legal and leaders to provide data-driven insights and forecasts.
- Drive program effectiveness via governance, change management and DBS principles.
