Qualifications

• 7+ years of compensation, executive compensation, finance, data analytics, HR analytics, or related experience.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data interpretation skills, including comfort with large datasets.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to understand business drivers, incentive plan mechanics, and executive-level decision-making.
• Experience using Excel for advanced analysis, modeling, data validation, and compensation reporting.
• Experience with Power BI, dashboards, data visualization, reporting automation, or digital analytics tools.
• Curiosity and practical knowledge of AI, automation, and related tools to improve efficiency.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support design, analysis, administration, and execution of executive compensation programs.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, financial modeling, and compensation analyses.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and external advisors on executive hires and organizational changes.
• Prepare analyses, summaries, dashboards, and deliverables for senior stakeholders.
• Translate complex data into clear insights and executive-ready materials.
