Job summary

Databricks is seeking a data-driven compensation professional to lead our Compensation Analytics & Intelligence function. This role will provide centralized analytics to drive better decision-making through data, and will transform enterprise-wide compensation data into actionable insights.

You will shape AI and data strategy, partner with Finance and leadership on budgets and equity spend, and advise senior leaders on complex pay challenges while upholding data governance and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to transform raw data into insights and tools.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills; strong SQL; experience with BI platforms.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI to compensation analytics with data governance in mind.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise-wide compensation analytics, market benchmarking, and budget forecasting.
• Lead AI and data strategy for the Compensation function.
• Partner with Finance on cash and equity budgets and spend modeling.
• Track market trends and provide data-backed recommendations to leadership.
• Design scalable frameworks and tooling for compensation analytics.
