Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a builder-minded compensation professional to own and modernize our Corporate Compensation Center of Excellence. You’ll manage benchmarking, job grading, and market pricing while applying AI to practical compensation challenges.

You will partner with our AI fellowship program, develop tools, and drive the annual compensation cycle. This role is designed for an individual contributor with room to grow over 18–36 months as the function matures.

Qualifications

• Solid working knowledge of core compensation fundamentals: benchmarking, job grading, budgeting, total rewards basics.
• 2-5+ years of compensation or People analytics experience.
• Comfortable prototyping, testing, and building with AI-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve AI-powered compensation benchmarking agent and its outputs.
• Lead job grading, leveling, and market pricing/benchmarking.
• Partner with internal AI fellowship program to design and prototype AI tools.
• Manage annual compensation cycle: merit and bonus planning, budgeting, and incentives.
• Conduct pay equity reviews and flag compression or compliance risks.
• Build dashboards and self-service reporting for visibility into pay and market position.
• Collaborate with People Technology on compensation data needs.
• Represent pragmatic business view for compensation function.
