Job summary

Databricks seeks a data-driven Compensation Analytics & Intelligence leader to provide centralized analytics and intelligent insights for informed decision-making. You will own enterprise-wide analytics, benchmarking, and budget forecasting while guiding AI and data strategy within the compensation function.

You will collaborate with Finance on budgets and spend modeling, track market trends, and contribute to compensation program design and governance across cash and equity components.

Qualifications

• Data fluency — transform raw data into insights and recommendations.
• Advanced capabilities in Google Sheets and Excel; SQL and BI tools preferred.
• Knowledge of how AI can enhance compensation analytics with data privacy and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise-wide compensation analytics, benchmarking, and budget forecasting.
• Lead AI and data strategy for the Compensation function.
• Partner with Finance on cash, equity budgets, and spend modeling.
