Job summary

Charter Communications is seeking a proven sales leader to drive Spectrum Community Solutions growth. You will guide Account Executives to exceed targets and strengthen relationships with property stakeholders.

Responsibilities include leading a high-performing team, overseeing project monitoring, and coordinating with Sales Operations and Legal to ensure compliant contracts. This role requires strategic thinking and strong negotiation skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of sales management experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Drive acquisition, retention and growth of Spectrum Community Solutions by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
• Supervise and support a team of Account Executives and Senior Account Executives to meet sales goals and quotas.
• Oversee monitoring and tracking of new-build projects using reports to optimize outcomes.
• Coordinate SCS activities with leadership and stakeholders to maximize investments and revenues.
• Analyze market conditions and manage sales portfolios, identifying opportunities for acquisitions and win-backs.
• Manage all aspects of team performance including training, development, evaluation and compensation.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops and Legal to ensure contracts and compliance.
