Job summary

Spectrum Community Solutions seeks a results‑driven Sales Leader to guide Account Executives and Senior Account Executives toward ambitious goals, strengthening relationships with property stakeholders and driving growth across our footprint.

You will develop and implement sales strategies, oversee new-build projects, and collaborate with Legal and Sales Operations to ensure compliant contracts while mentoring a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of sales management experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive acquisition, retention and growth by developing and executing sales strategies.
• Supervise and support a team of Account Executives and Senior Account Executives to meet sales goals and quotas.
• Oversee monitoring and tracking of new-build projects using management reports to optimize outcomes.
• Coordinate SCS activities with leadership and stakeholders to maximize investments and revenues.
• Analyze market conditions and manage sales portfolios, identifying opportunities for acquisitions and win-backs.
• Manage all aspects of team performance, including selection, training, development, evaluation and compensation.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and Legal to ensure contracts and compliance while building relationships with property owners and industry associations.

How You’ll Make An Impact

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 7+ years of sales management experience
