Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a leader to drive growth for Spectrum Community Solutions. This role guides Account Executives to meet ambitious goals and strengthens relationships with property stakeholders.

You will supervise a team, coordinate with leadership, and analyze market conditions to identify opportunities for expansion. In this high-impact role, you’ll oversee project tracking, ensure contract compliance with Legal, and collaborate with Sales Operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales management experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive acquisition, retention and growth of Spectrum Community Solutions by developing and executing sales strategies.
• Supervise and support a team of Account Executives and Senior Account Executives, ensuring achievement of sales goals and quotas.
• Oversee monitoring and tracking of new-build projects using management reports and tools to optimize project outcomes.
• Coordinate SCS activities with leadership and stakeholders to maximize investments and revenues.
• Analyze market conditions and manage sales portfolios, identifying opportunities for acquisitions and win-backs.
• Manage all aspects of team performance, including selection, training, development, evaluation and compensation.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and Legal teams to ensure contracts and compliance, while building relationships with property owners and industry associations.
