CesiumAstro is seeking a Staff Communication Systems Modeling & Simulation Engineer to lead the design, modeling, and verification of advanced satellite communication systems. You will drive architecture trades, simulations, and system integration across multiple programs.

You will work with systems, software, RF, electrical, and mechanical teams to ensure performance, interoperability, and robust solutions, while contributing to engineering standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of communications systems and system architecture.
• Experience with modeling, analysis, and verification methods.
• Ability to manage requirements and interface development.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of communications architectures and models.
• Guide system modeling, performance evaluation, and trade studies.
• Develop solutions satisfying product and interoperability requirements.
• Lead verification, validation, testing, and integration activities.
• Prepare technical documentation and change recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout development.
