Job summary

Prudential's Strategy & Integration team seeks a Manager, Communications Insights to manage analytics, reporting and dashboards, translating data into clear recommendations for Communications. This role blends analytical storytelling with a consultative approach to measure impact and risks.

The position requires on-site presence in a hybrid arrangement and offers opportunities to enhance data quality, accelerate insights, and prioritize initiatives for the Communications function.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in data analytics, communications measurement, digital marketing analytics, media analytics, dashboard development or related performance reporting roles.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, including experience collecting, cleaning, structuring and interpreting data from multiple sources.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or similar visualization tools; experience building dashboards, recurring reports and performance views.
• Working knowledge of media monitoring, social listening, sentiment analysis, channel performance and communications measurement methods.
• Strong data storytelling skills, with the ability to translate trends, anomalies and performance signals into clear implications and recommended actions for communications teams.
• High attention to detail, data accuracy and quality control, with the ability to manage multiple reporting deliverables, timelines and stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage analytics, dashboards and recurring reporting views tracking communications performance, sentiment, coverage and trends.
• Collect, clean and connect data from media, social, employee sentiment, channel performance and other sources to create more consistent reporting.
• Build and improve Power BI, Tableau or similar dashboards to access, interpret and use intelligence and performance signals.
• Translate trends, anomalies and performance signals into clear implications, recommended actions and planning inputs for Communications teams.
• Improve efficiency by automating recurring data collection, reporting and dashboard refresh processes where possible.
• Identify unusual sentiment, coverage or performance patterns and escalate potential reputational or execution risks to leadership.
• Serve as a power user for measurement platforms, helping improve reporting automation, user guidance and adoption of analytics tools.
