Job summary

Waste Pro USA Inc. is seeking a Commercial Route Supervisor to oversee daily service delivery for commercial customers, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective operations per Waste Pro procedures and regulations.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma with 3–5 years in transportation, logistics, or waste operations.
• Valid CDL Class A or B within 3 months of hire, with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and supervisory skills; ability to train and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers and daily operations; ensure safety and service standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and enforce company policies.
• Conduct route planning, scheduling, and efficiency reviews.
• Address customer issues and coordinate with sales for service changes.
• Complete safety meetings and route observations.
