Job summary

Blue Bird Corporation seeks an experienced Product Integration and Applications Engineering Lead to own the technical product definition for a new commercial chassis platform from concept through production launch. You will serve as the engineering authority for configurations, interfaces, and body integration across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline
8+ years of experience in product engineering or related fields
U.S. citizen or permanent resident; authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Own the technical product definition and configuration architecture across the platform
Define and maintain ICDs, requirements, and configuration standards
Lead body-builder integration and interface governance
Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams and customers
Support prototype, launch, and production activities
