Job summary

gpac is hiring a Commercial Roofing Project Manager in the Baltimore-Washington region to lead new roofing and re-roofing projects from award to closeout. You will own schedules, budgets and field coordination with crews, subcontractors, and owners.

This role requires 5+ years of commercial roofing PM experience and knowledge of TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen and metal systems. Occasional travel and office-based work are expected in this on-site position with a strong project pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial roofing.
• Experience with TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen and metal roof systems.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Comfortable working in office with travel to projects when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial new roofing and re-roofing projects from award through closeout
• Build and track project schedules, budgets and cost reports
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, material orders and deliveries
• Review submittals, RFIs and change orders
• Serve as the main point of contact for owners, GCs and building managers
• Visit jobsites as needed to check progress, quality and safety
• Handle project documentation, warranties and final closeout
