gpac is representing a privately owned, fast-growing commercial roofing firm seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to lead a robust backlog of projects. The role demands hands-on leadership to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget, with a strong emphasis on safety and profitability.

You will oversee crews and subcontractors, coordinate schedules, and ensure seamless execution across reroofing and new construction efforts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of roofing project management experience.
• Knowledge of TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and commercial roofing systems.
• Experience with reroofing and new construction projects.
• Ability to manage crews, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and materials.
• Strong understanding of job costing, profitability, roofing safety.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ownership mindset to deliver projects on time and on budget.
