CSG Talent seeks a Project Manager to lead commercial roofing projects in Baltimore, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and high-quality results. You will coordinate field operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients through the project lifecycle.

The role demands strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and closeout activities while maintaining client relationships and OSHA compliance.

Formación

• 5+ years of commercial roofing project management experience.
• Experience managing projects from small service work to multi-million-dollar contracts.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR, Metal).

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate field superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Procure materials and ensure timely delivery to job sites.
• Monitor project costs, productivity, and profitability.
• Conduct regular site visits to review progress, quality, and safety.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and general contractors.
• Lead project meetings and communicate progress with stakeholders.
• Work with accounting to manage billing and project financials.
