Job summary

Nations Roof, LLC is seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from estimating handoff through closeout. This on-site role in Halethorpe, MD requires leadership, organization, and accountability, with growth toward full ownership of projects as skills expand.

Responsibilities include scheduling, cost tracking, subcontractor coordination, and client communication, with a focus on safety, quality, and meeting project milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a Project Manager or PM team through full lifecycle.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and understand specifications.
• Proficiency with MS Office and estimating/project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project schedules, phasing plans, and purchase orders.
• Track and control job costs through ECAC and WIP reviews.
• Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, and materials for projects.
• Perform plan and specification takeoffs for new construction and reroofing.
• Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and inventory management.
• Participate in pre-job and pre-construction meetings and closeout docs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
