gpac is seeking a Commercial Roofing Operations Manager to lead and coordinate roofing projects, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence. You will manage estimating, field crews, and client communications, with experience across TPO, EPDM, built-up, metal, and other roof systems.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in estimating and project management, is comfortable leading a team, and brings an analytical, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of estimating experience and also project managing.
• Experience with Commercial Roofing materials and techniques.
• Must be comfortable with leading a team.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate meetings for up-to-date labor figures and review estimates with management.
• Work with a variety of commercial roofs: TPO, EPDM, BUILT-UP, Metal, Mod-Bit, and more.
• Run commercial roofing projects on time and under budget.
• Run crews of foremen, superintendents, etc.
• Perform site visits and assess current roof systems.
