Job summary

gpac is seeking a Commercial Roofing Sales/Project Manager to drive new business and manage roofing projects in the Tacoma, WA area. The role includes building relationships with property managers and management companies to secure service, repair, and re-roof projects.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in commercial roofing/construction, knowledge of roofing products, and a strong drive to develop revenue through client leadership and effective project management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial roofing and/or construction.
• Knowledge of roofing products, systems, and manufacturer specifications.
• Growth mindset with strong desire to develop relationships and drive revenue.
• Ability to manage projects and lead communication with clients, site managers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and grow revenue in commercial roofing.
• Manage projects from inception to completion and coordinate stakeholders.
• Build relationships with property managers and management companies to secure service/repair and re-roof work.
