Regions Bank is seeking a Credit Products Corporate Loan Fulfillment Specialist to manage the closing process for commercial loans across multiple states. You will handle documentation, due diligence, and liaison with borrowers, counsel, and third parties to ensure accurate, compliant closings.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, analytical ability, and effective communication to coordinate with deal teams and various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Six years of related financial services experience.
• Advanced knowledge of insurance and property due diligence for real estate.
• Advanced knowledge of syndicated transactions and collaboration with Capital Markets.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Mansioni

• Draft and review loan documentation for high complexity commercial loans in multi-state environments.
• Engage with the deal team on forecasting loan pipeline and due diligence requirements as loans are assigned.
• Review attorney-prepared loan packages for syndicated loans with Regions as agent bank.
• Ensure loan closing per approval and documentation conforms to policy.
• Identify issues related to documentation, policy or regulatory requirements and remediate before closing.
• Communicate frequently with business partners through the closing process.
• May assist with training team members in loan documentation and compliance.
