Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active P&C license is required; CIC or equivalent designation is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues.
• Ensure no errors or omissions in policy administration, billing, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals; conduct client research and prepare submissions.
• Negotiate coverages and present proposals; monitor delinquent accounts and collect balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms with accurate data.
• Monitor activity/suspense to ensure timely completion and report workload status.
