Ideal candidates have 3+ years in account management (or 5+ years in insurance), active P&C license (CIC preferred), strong analytical and communication skills, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active licensing required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of the account management team.
• Handle customer service requests, policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Conduct client research, prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, and present proposals.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
