You will coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues and ensuring accurate policy administration and billing.

The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license, with CIC or equivalent preferred, and brings strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in insurance.
• Active licensing; professional designation (CIC or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business and support retention.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Resolve complex issues with minimal errors.
• Renewals: monitor expirations and renewals, prepare submissions, and present proposals.
• Accounts receivable: monitor reports and collect balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
