Job summary

Whaley Foodservice, LLC, one of the Southeast's largest commercial kitchen equipment repair service companies, is hiring immediately for a Commercial Installation Lead in Orlando. You will mentor, lead and motivate a team while installing kitchen equipment and HVACR systems.

You will install equipment per manufacturer specs, design/construct ducts, and communicate with customers and the branch about repairs and status. Extensive travel and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

Three years of installation experience with combined commercial kitchen equipment and/or HVACR equipment (e.g., RTUS, chillers).
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Background check and drug screen required.
Valid Driver's License and driving record that meets safety standards.

Responsibilities

Mentor, lead, and motivate team members in a safe, productive and efficient manner.
Install commercial kitchen equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
Design, fabricate, and install various ducts and duct fittings as required.
Communicate professionally with customers and team regarding repairs and status updates.
Communicate part orders with the branch.
Document tasks (parts/work orders, timesheets) accurately and timely.
Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms per policies.
