Job summary

Whaley Foodservice, LLC is seeking a Commercial Installation Lead to install HVACR and commercial kitchen equipment and to mentor a field team across Southeast locations.

You will install equipment per manufacturer specs, design/fit ducts, document work orders, and communicate with customers about repairs and status. A valid driver’s license, 3 years of installation experience, and background check are required; travel and on-call duties apply.

Qualifications

• Three years of installation experience with commercial kitchen equipment and HVACR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver's license and driving record must meet safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, lead, and motivate team members in a safe, productive and efficient manner.
• Install commercial kitchen equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
• Design, fabricate, and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required.
• Communicate professionally with customer(s) and team regarding repairs and status updates.
• Communicate part orders with branch.
• Document tasks (parts/work orders, timesheets) accurately and on a timely basis.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms consistent with policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
