Job summary

Whaley Foodservice, LLC is seeking a Commercial Installation Lead to install HVACR and commercial kitchen equipment (fryers, grills, ovens, freezers) at customer sites. You will mentor team members, ensure installations meet manufacturer specs, and communicate updates to customers and branches.

Candidate should have 3+ years of installation experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to work nights and weekends. Extensive travel and a strong emphasis on safety are required.

Qualifications

• Three years of installation experience with commercial kitchen equipment and/or HVACR equipment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
• Valid Driver's License with qualifying driving record.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, lead, and motivate team members in a safe, productive, and efficient manner.
• Install commercial kitchen equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
• Design, fabricate, and install ducts and fittings as required.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team about repairs and status updates.
• Document tasks (parts/work orders, timesheets) accurately and timely.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms per policy.
