Job summary

Whaley Foodservice, LLC is seeking a Commercial Installation Lead to install HVACR and commercial kitchen equipment at client sites. You will mentor crew members, ensure installations meet spec, and communicate progress with customers. Regular travel and on-site work are required.

Qualifications

Three years of installation experience with combined commercial kitchen equipment and HVACR.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Background check and drug screen required.
Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Mentor, lead, and motivate team members in a safe, productive and efficient manner.
Install commercial kitchen equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
Design, fabricate, and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required.
Communicate professionally with customers and team regarding repairs and status updates.
Communicate part orders with branch.
Document tasks (parts/work orders, timesheets) accurately and timely.
Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms per policy.
Perform other duties as assigned.
