Pay Rate: $28.00-35.00/hour*

Summary
The Commercial Installation Lead provides customer equipment installation of HVACR and commercial kitchen equipment (e.g., fryers, grills, ovens, freezers).
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor, lead, and motivate team members in a safe, productive and efficient manner.
- Install commercial HVACR and kitchen equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
- Design, fabricate, and install various ducts and duct fittings as required.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team regarding repairs and status updates.
- Communicate part order(s) with branch.
- Document tasks (parts/work orders, timesheets) accurately and on a timely basis.
- Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience
- Three years of installation experience with combined commercial kitchen equipment and HVACR equipment (e.g., RTU's, chillers).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Completed satisfactory background check and drug screen required.
- Valid driver’s license and driving record that aligns with safety standards.
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to lead and/or work within a team.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.
- Ability to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Plumbing background is a plus.
- Contractor, journeyman, and/or HVAC certification would be a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
Working Environment
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance and lift equipment.
- Extensive daily travel to work site locations.
- Occasionally to frequent exertion in high and low temperature environments (overheated kitchens, rooftops, outdoors).
- Repeated bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
- Exposure to electrical, steam, and high heat units requiring extreme caution and safety equipment.
