Job summary

Whaley Foodservice, LLC is seeking a Commercial Installation Lead to install HVACR and commercial kitchen equipment at customer sites. This role includes mentoring a team, ensuring safety, and meeting manufacturer specifications.

Extensive daily travel to job sites is expected. A valid driver’s license, 3 years of installation experience, and a company-provided vehicle are included perks. Immediate hire and a comprehensive benefits package available.

Qualifications

Three years of installation experience with combined commercial kitchen equipment and/or HVACR equipment (RTUS, chillers, etc).
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required
Valid Driver's License and driving record that aligns with safety standards.

Responsibilities

Mentor, lead, and motivate team members in a safe, productive and efficient manner.
Install commercial kitchen equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
Design, fabricate, and install various ducts and duct fittings as required.
Communicate professionally with customer(s) and team regarding repairs and status updates.
Communicate part orders with branch.
Document tasks (parts/work orders, timesheets) accurately and timely.
Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms per policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
