Job summary

Whaley is seeking a Commercial Installation Lead to oversee customer equipment installation of HVACR and commercial kitchen systems. The role focuses on mentoring a team, installing equipment per manufacturer specs, and designing ducts.

The position requires travel to sites and strong communication with customers and the branch. Qualified candidates have at least three years of installation experience with kitchen equipment or HVACR, a valid license, and the ability to pass background checks and

Qualifications

Three years of installation experience with commercial kitchen equipment and/or HVACR equipment (RTUs, chillers).
Must be at least 18 years old.
Background check and drug screen required.
Valid Driver's License and driving record meeting safety standards.

Responsibilities

Mentor, lead, and motivate team members in a safe, productive and efficient manner.
Install commercial kitchen equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
Design, fabricate, and install various ducts and duct fittings as required.
Communicate professionally with customers and team regarding repairs and status updates.
Document parts, work orders, and timesheets accurately and promptly.
Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms per policy.
Perform other duties as assigned.
