Modigent is seeking a Service Technician III to serve as a senior, journeyman-level expert, independently handling complex commercial HVAC service calls, diagnostics, repairs, and startups across diverse buildings. You will lead service efforts, mentor junior technicians, and deliver high-reliability solutions that keep critical systems running safely and efficiently nationwide.

Competenze

• 5+ years of progressive hands-on commercial HVAC service experience.
• Journeyman-level proficiency diagnosing advanced system issues independently.
• EPA Section 608 certification (Universal strongly preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in challenging environments.
• Willingness to travel regionally and participate in on-call rotations.

Mansioni

• Independently diagnose, repair, and maintain complex HVAC systems including RTUs, chillers, boilers, and controls.
• Lead full service calls from dispatch to completion and communicate findings to customers.
• Perform advanced repairs, system balancing, startup/commissioning, and retrofits.
• Mentor Service Technician I/II and promote safety and quality standards.
• Document work orders, reports, photos, and recommendations for billing and warranty.
