IES Residential is seeking a Commercial HVAC Project Manager in Cincinnati to oversee all phases of large-scale HVAC projects, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver on time, within budget, and to code requirements.

You will manage plans, estimates, and documentation, supervise field personnel, and ensure safety and quality on active job sites while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing commercial HVAC projects.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with budgets, schedules and subcontractors.

Aufgaben

• Manage all phases of commercial HVAC projects from kickoff to completion.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, timelines, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with operations, estimating, purchasing, accounting and field teams.
• Review plans, drawings and contracts to ensure requirements are met.
• Monitor progress, costs, and quality to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Communicate status, risks and changes with customers and stakeholders.
• Oversee installation activities and ensure safety and compliance.
