Job summary

IES is seeking a Multi Family HVAC Service Start-Up Technician in Cincinnati to support installation, service, and start-up activities. The role emphasizes quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and collaboration with internal teams, customers, and vendors on site.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain records, and uphold safety and company policies while ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks across projects.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and codes.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Certifications or licenses preferred where needed.
• Ability to pass background and motor vehicle record checks.
• English speaking and writing preferred, where necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned HVAC duties to support departmental and company objectives.
• Maintain compliance with policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, subcontractors, and vendors as required.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting related to assigned responsibilities.
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency efforts.
• Communicate professionally and effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Assist leadership and team members with daily operational activities.
• Ensure quality standards and customer expectations are consistently met.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
