Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent in the Phoenix area to lead commercial projects on-site. You will manage day-to-day activities, coordinate subcontractors, and act as the primary field representative for the General Contractor to ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years as a superintendent in commercial construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and thorough knowledge of construction methods and plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction at the GC level.
• Proven experience managing multiple subcontractors and complex schedules.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, sequencing, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day on-site management of construction projects.
