Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction.
• Proven track record managing light commercial projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Proficient in construction management software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all aspects of light commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and labor.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and building codes.
• Monitor and maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or concerns.
