Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for a top-tier commercial construction GC in Minnesota. You will oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout, manage budgets, schedules, and client communications, and coordinate subcontractors and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, hands-on leadership, and a proven track record with design-build or construction management delivery methods.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management within commercial construction.
• Experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control.
• Experience with design-build and/or construction management delivery methods preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful execution.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, and cost control processes.
• Lead client communication and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Identify risks and proactively drive solutions to keep projects on track.
