Job summary

Jobot seeks a Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on multiple high‑caliber commercial projects for a top‑tier GC. You will supervise superintendents, foremen, and crews, manage schedules, and uphold safety, quality, and on‑time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 8–15+ years in commercial construction and 5+ years in leadership, with proficiency in Procore or MS Project. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a bachelor’s in construction management preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of commercial construction experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role (Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or similar).
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and field teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Experience with project management and construction software (Procore, MS Project).
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for all field operations across multiple commercial construction projects.
• Manage, mentor, and develop Superintendents, Foremen, and field staff.
• Oversee project scheduling, manpower planning, and labor coordination.
• Ensure all projects meet safety, quality, and production standards.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, executives, and clients.
• Lead preconstruction planning, site logistics, and execution strategies.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and enforce accountability standards.
• Drive job site efficiency, problem-solving, and proactive decision-making.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations.
