In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders.
Track record of completing projects on time, within scope and budget.
Proficient in construction management software packages.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Overseeing all phases of the construction project from initial planning to completion.
Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists to create and implement design plans.
Managing and supervising on-site construction teams to ensure work meets high standards and safety regulations.
Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
Resolving on-site issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner.
Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports and forecasts.
Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Implementing and managing detailed project schedules and work plans.
Providing on-site leadership and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
