Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for a top-tier commercial construction general contractor in Mora, MN. You will manage projects from pre-construction through closeout, develop budgets and schedules, and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, and a track record of leading ground‑up or renovation

Qualifications

5+ years of project management in commercial construction.
Experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects.
Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and procurement.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for successful execution.
Oversee procurement, contracts, and cost control processes.
Lead client communication and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Ensure safety, quality, and company procedure compliance.
Identify risks and proactively drive solutions to keep projects on track.
