Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a top-tier fully integrated real estate firm in Minneapolis. You will lead multifamily and student-housing construction from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budgets and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture and 5–10+ years of PM experience with large ground-up residential projects in fast-paced markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on multifamily and/or student housing.
• Proven experience managing ground-up, large-scale residential projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and construction operations understanding.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multifamily and student housing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and overall project performance to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with internal development, design, and construction teams as well as external consultants and subcontractors.
• Manage procurement, contract negotiations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
