Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for a top-tier commercial construction GC in Monticello, MN. You will lead ground-up and renovation projects from pre-construction through closeout, coordinating crews, subs, vendors, and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include developing budgets, schedules, forecasts, managing procurement and contracts, and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships, while enforcing safety and quality standards across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Ground-up and/or renovation project experience.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling and cost control.
• Experience with design-build or CM delivery methods preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful execution.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, and cost control processes.
• Lead client communication and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and company procedures.
• Identify risks and proactively drive solutions to keep projects on track.
