Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Roy, UT, seeks a Test Engineering Manager 3 to lead the Flight Systems Integration and Test Lab. You will drive hardware-in-the-loop testing, certification, and readiness reviews, coordinating across IPTs and government interfaces.

A DoD Secret clearance is required, with relocation assistance potentially available. You will manage a team of Integration, Assembly, Test and Checkout engineers, oversee test planning, risk management, and cost reporting, and ensure on-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with extensive system integration and test planning experience.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and complex programs.
• Strong knowledge of DoD systems and lab environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hardware in the Loop integration and testing to validate hardware/software configurations.
• Interface with US Government customers during readiness reviews and events.
• Coordinate system architecture verification and requirements tracing.
• Manage design changes, risk, schedules, and cost reporting for the missile lab.
