Responsibilities

• Oversee daily collision center operations and repair workflows.
• Lead technician teams to maintain high quality standards.
• Write accurate repair estimates and process insurance claims.
• Coordinate repair pipelines from intake to completion and assign tasks.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and shop safety across the team.
• Hire, train, and mentor body shop staff for a productive environment.
• Provide customers with repair updates and address concerns.
