Job summary

Caliber Collision in Milford, OH seeks a Collision General Manager to oversee the center’s operations, risk management, and staff development. You will lead production, client metrics, and administration to maintain high quality repairs and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the center, including risk management, production, and administration.
• Recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates; monitor financial performance metrics.
• Ensure center teammates repair vehicles safely, thoroughly, and profitably per SOP and guidelines.
• Review prior month’s financials to identify opportunities and trends.
