Qualifications

• Proficiency with CCC and shop management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily collision center operations and lead technician teams.
• Manage repair workflows from intake to completion.
• Write accurate repair estimates and process insurance claims.
• Ensure quality control and OSHA safety compliance.
• Hire, train, and mentor staff; improve customer communication.
• Monitor parts orders, profitability, and performance metrics.
