• 3–5+ years in collision repair or body shop management.
• Proficiency with CCC estimating software and shop management systems.
• Ford/OEM certification experience is a strong plus.
• Strong leadership, organization, and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily collision center operations and repair workflows.
• Coordinate repair pipelines from intake to completion and assign tasks.
• Write accurate repair estimates and process insurance claims.
• Ensure quality control and OSHA safety compliance.
• Hire, train, and mentor body shop staff; lead a productive team.
• Communicate repair updates to customers and handle concerns.
• Monitor parts ordering, profitability, and performance metrics.
