Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily collision center operations, manage repair workflows and lead technician teams to ensure high quality standards
• Operations & Workflow: Manage day-to-day shop activities, coordinate repair pipelines from intake to completion, and assign tasks to technicians.
• Estimating & Insurance: Write accurate repair estimates, process insurance claims and supplements, and communicate with adjusters.
• Quality & Safety: Oversee quality control to meet manufacturer standards and maintain compliance with OSHA and safety rules.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor body shop staff while fostering a productive work environment.
• Customer Service: Deliver repair updates to customers and handle concerns professionally.
• Financial Management: Monitor parts ordering, track department profitability, and analyze performance metrics.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 5+ years of background in collision repair or prior experience as a body technician or shop manager. Ford brand or OEM certification experience is a strong plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with estimating software (such as CCC) and shop management systems.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, organization, and customer communication abilities.
• Licenses: Valid driver's license and clean background check.
