OneMain Financial is seeking a Collections Supervisor in Tempe, AZ. You will lead a 12–15 person team of collection agents onsite, driving performance, accountability, and portfolio goals while coaching staff and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to resolve delinquency and ensure customer financial well‑being.

Qualifications include a HS Diploma or GED and advanced collections/negotiation skills; 5–7 years of supervisory experience in collections is preferred.

• Negotiate with customers to resolve delinquency and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Risk Operations and participate in recruiting and retention efforts.
