KidStrong Katy is seeking a motivated Lead Coach / Sales Specialist to partner with our General Manager in driving center growth and delivering top-tier athletic programming for kids. This hybrid role blends outbound sales with hands-on coaching on the mats, helping children build confidence, physical milestones, and social skills in an energetic setting.

Qualifications

• Sales experience: minimum 2 years in sales (outbound, fitness, retail, or hospitality).
• Childcare/child-facing experience working with children.
• Coaching experience preferred; training provided.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekend shifts.
• Strong communication, organization, self-motivation, and basic MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound sales efforts to convert leads into trials and memberships.
• Coach 8-10 classes per week delivering age-appropriate programming.
• Handle customer service, scheduling, and class registrations.
• Support management in achieving center KPIs.
