Job summary

South Austin KidStrong is seeking a high-energy Lead Coach / Sales Specialist to help drive center growth by blending outbound sales with hands-on coaching for kids.

This hybrid role includes coaching 8–10 classes weekly, engaging families to explain our mission, managing front-desk sales, and supporting staff to exceed KPIs. You will participate in onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Sales experience with outbound calling and lead conversion.
• Direct experience with children in teaching, childcare, or youth sports.
• Coaching experience preferred with willingness to train.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and some weekends.
• Excellent communication, highly organized, self-motivated.
• Proficiency with G-Suite and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and outbound sales to convert leads into trials and memberships.
• Coach 8–10 classes weekly, delivering age-appropriate programming.
• Manage front-desk sales, inquiries, registrations, and follow-ups.
• Support operations, culture, and achievement of KPIs.
