solidcore is seeking a Lead Coach in Washington, DC to guide a full schedule of fitness classes. In this role, you will set expectations for existing coaches, deliver exceptional customer service, and build relationships within the community.

Applicants should have a passion for health and fitness, 1-2 years of group fitness experience, and proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office. The compensation starts at $70,961, with benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Permanent, full-time position with 40 hours per week.
• Flexible availability including weekends & holidays.
• Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead coach for classes, maintaining a full schedule.
• Provide coach development and feedback.
• Assist with day-to-day studio operations.
